Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. It was a fun weekend on my end. For the first time in a very long time I didn’t cook at all, all weekend. I actual miss it when I’m not in the kitchen. I know that sounds crazy!
Last week was a crazier then normal. I hadn’t fully meal prepped and wasn’t ready with lunch ideas or anything. The problem with that is then I eat bad and just end up feeling horrible from eating all the wrong things.
Today is my “reboot” Monday! Going back to tracking my food and measuring everything out. I started Weight Watchers a few weeks back and I honestly think it will be good for me. I love to cook, and eating bland chicken, brown rice and boring vegetables is hard for me to do all the time. Luckily I can make healthy food taste really good. Therefore, I feel like Weight Watchers will benefit me the most. Plus who doesn’t want to eat anything they want? Even if is just a half of a cookie! Just kidding! But truly I am excited about the outcome. Just need to stick with it.
This past weekend was so fun! My cousins came in from out of town and we had the Luke Bryan concert. I drank more then I should have but it doesn’t happen often so it is ok! I recuperated yesterday and feeling ready to start the week. The show was amazing I just love Luke Bryan so much and Brett Eldredge opened and he was so good!
